Account terms and conditions  in Kosa Collection Store

§ 1 Definitions
The account -  is governed by these terms and conditions of charge function Store (service), so that the buyer can sign up in-store your individual account.  
Buyer -each Buyer in the store.  
Shop-online store Kosa Collection led by the seller at https://kosacollection.com
Seller-PAULINA GLAZIK, established under the name FIRMA HANDLOWO-USŁUGOWA PAULINA GLAZIK, central registration and information about business activities undertaken by the Minister responsible for the economy and the conduct of the central registration and information about business, NIP 5542816806, REGON 360328470, ul. Lead 12, 85-461.

§ 3  TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1.    For valid performance and setting up of an Account, you need:
• An active e-mail account
• Device with Internet access
• Internet browser that supports JavaScript and cookies


§ 4 ACCOUNT
1. Setting up  the Account is entirely voluntary and depends on the will of the Buyer.
2. The account gives the Buyer additional options, such as browsing the order history submitted by the Buyer in the Store, checking the order status or editing the Buyer's data.
3.In order to create an Account, complete the appropriate form in the Store.
4. During  the Account setting, an agreement is concluded for an indefinite period between the Buyer and the Seller in the scope of keeping the Account on the conditions specified in the Terms.
5. The Buyer may discontinue the Account at any time without incurring any costs.
6. In order to terminate your Account, you must send your resignation to the Seller at the following e-mail address: shop@kosacollection.com, which will result in immediate deletion of the Account and termination of the Account maintenance contract.


§ 5 COMPLAINTS
1. Complaints regarding Account running should be sent to the e-mail address shop@kosacollection.com.
2. The complaint will be considered by the Seller within 14 days.


OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINTS AND ASSERTION OF CLAIMS
3. Where the complaint procedure will not have the expected result by the consumer, the consumer can make use m.in. with:
a. mediation conducted by the competent Provincial trade inspection Inspectorate, to which to apply the request for mediation. As a general rule, the procedure is free of charge. List of the inspectorates can be found here: https://www.uokik.gov.pl/wazne_adresy.php#faq595.
b. Aid proper dispose amicable consumer court acting at the provincial inspectorate of trade inspection, to which you should apply for a review before the arbitrator. § 6 PERSONAL  DATA
1. Administrator of personal data provided by the Buyer when you use the store is the Seller.
2. The buyer's personal data are processed on the basis of a contract and to its implementation, in accordance with the principles laid down in the general regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) data protection (GPRD). Detailed information about data processing by the seller privacy policy posted in the store.
§ 7 Objections
1. The Buyer is forbidden to provide illegal content.
 2. The contract in respect of the account agreement is in Polish language.
 3. In the case of important reasons, referred to in paragraph 1. 4, the seller has the right to change these terms and your account.
 4. Important causes, referred to in paragraph 1. 3 are:
 a. The need to adapt the store to the law applicable to the activities of the shop
 b. improving the safety of the service provided
 c. changing the functionality of the account that requires a modification of the rules of the account.
5. The Buyer will be informed about the planned change of the regulations Account for at least 7 days before the change in life through e-mail messages sent to your account email address.
 6. In the case where the buyer does not accept for planned changes, you should inform the seller by sending appropriate messages to the email address of the Seller, shop@kosacollection.com and result in termination of the agreement in the field of account of the entry into force of the planned changes, or earlier, if the Buyer reports such a request.
7. If the Buyer does not object to the proposed changes to the entry in force, it is assumed that accepts it, which does not constitute any obstacle to the termination of the contract in the future.
8. In the event of a dispute with a buyer not being a consumer, the competent court will be the court competent for the registered office of the Seller.
9. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or in any way restrict the rights under consumer law.

Newsletter Terms and Conditions of Kosa Collection Store

§ 1 DEFINITIONS
Newsletter - a free service provided electronically, thanks to which the Service Recipient can receive from the Service Provider electronically, previously ordered messages concerning the Store, including information of offers, promotions and news about the Store.
Shop - Kosa Collection online store run by the Service Provider at https://kosacollection.com
Service Provider - PAULINA GLAZIK, an entrepreneur running a business under the name FIRMA HANDLOWO-USŁUGOWA PAULINA GLAZIK, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity conducted by the minister responsible for economy and keeping the Central Register and Information on Business, NIP 5542816806, REGON number 360328470 , ul. Ołowiana 12, 85-461 Bydgoszcz.
Service Recipient - every entity using the Newsletter service.


§ 2 Newsletter
1. The Service Recipient may use the Newsletter service on a voluntary basis.
2. Using the Newsletter service it is necessary to have a device with the latest version of the web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, with access to the Internet and an active e-mail account.
3.Email messages sent as part of this service will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Service Recipient at the time of subscribing to the Newsletter.
4. The Service Recipient, in order to conclude a contract and sign up for the Newsletter service, in the first step enter e-mail address  to receive messages sent as part of the Newsletter. Then, to the e-mail address provided in the first step, the Service Provider will send the Recipient a message verifying the e-mail address, in which there will be a confirmation link by the Service Recipient to subscribe to the Newsletter. After the Client confirms his/her will to subscribe to the Newsletter, a contract for the provision of the service is concluded and the Service Provider will commence its provision to the Customer.
5. In messages sent as part of the Newsletter there will be information about the possibility of unsubscribing  as well as a link to unsubscribe.
6. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter without giving any reason and bearing any costs, at any time, using the option referred to in paragraph 5 or by sending a message to the e-mail address of the Service Provider: shop@kosacollection.com.
7. Using by the Customer  the unsubscribe link  from the Newsletter or sending a message requesting to be unsubscribed from the Newsletter will result in the immediate termination of the contract in the scope of providing this service.


§ 3 Complaints
1.Complaint  regarding the Newsletter should be submitted to the Service Provider at the e-mail address: shop@kosacollection.com.
2. The service provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving the complaint.


§ 4 Personal data
1. The Administrator of the personal data provided by the Customer while using the Newsletter is the Service Provider.
2. The Customer's personal data are processed on the basis of a contract and for its implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the General Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on data protection (GDPR). Detailed information regarding data processing by the Service Provider is included in the privacy policy posted in the Store.

§ 5 Final provisions
1. The service provider reserves the right to change these regulations only for important reasons. An important reason is the need to change the regulations caused by the modernization of the Newsletter service or a change in the law, which affects the service provided by the Service Provider.
2. Information about the planned changes to the Terms will be sent to the Customer's e-mail address provided at the time of subscribing to the Newsletter at least 7 days before the changes are implemented.
3. In case the Service Recipient does not object to the planned changes until their entry into force, it is assumed the Recipient accept them.
4. In case of disagreement for planned changes, the Service Recipient should send information to the e-mail address of the Service Provider: shop@kosacollection.com, which  result of the contract termination for the service provision upon the entry into force of the planned changes.
5. It is forbidden to provide illegal content by the Service Recipient.
