Each product ordered by bank transfer payment or online payment we usually ship the same or the next day, however, it happens that we are abroad and then sometimes hard to coordinate shipping, hence the security in the form of 5 days.

After post the money on our account, shipments are delivered by courier companies - the delivery time depends on the carrier, type of parcel and address of the recipient. It usually takes up to 2 business days.

Attention! When paying by online transfer, the time of receipt of the package is extended by the time of the execution of the transfer.

If you have chosen to pick up your order by InPost parcel lockers, your parcel will be in your chosen Parcel Locker within a few (usually up to 5) working days from the time of parcel sending.

How to purchase?

1. 
   We try to make the purchasing process as easy and intuitive as possible for our clients. Below you can familiarize yourself with the standard steps through which you shall follow to make purchases on our website.
2. 
   Add products to the bag on the product page or in the quickshop window, i.e. in the views where you can read the detailed information about the goods.
   After selecting the product, you can add it to the bag. If you do not want to add a product to the shopping cart immediately, you may add it to the "Wish list", from which you will be able to transfer products to the bag.
3. 
   After adding the product to the shopping cart, a preview of the cart is displayed in the upper right corner of the screen where you can see the three recently added products to the bag.
4. 
   Clicking the bag preview at the top of the page or clicking "to the bag" on the product page or in the quickshop window will take you to the full bag view, where you can change the number of products.
5. 
   After adding products to the bag, you can proceed  the checkout. In the next step you shall choose method and delivery address, as well as optional invoice data. Depending on the chosen method of delivery, you may also be able to go to the PayU online payment service or choose the traditional transfer wire. In the case of in store self-pick up or delivery by courier to the indicated address, you shall also be able to choose the payment on delivery. 6. 
   After placing the order you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order for processing.
