Withdrawal from a contract


If you are a consumer - as a general rule you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely.


You can withdraw from the contract making us a statement  of withdrawal from the contract such as, by e-mail sent to: shop@kosacollection.com


Return the ordered item immediately to the following address: ul. Ołowiana 12, 85-461 Bydgoszcz, but not later than within 14 days from the date on which you resigned from the contract.


You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.


The course of 14-days deadline to withdraw from the contract starts:


  • for a contract in which we issue an item, being liable to transfer its ownership - from taking possession of a third party, other than a carrier, by you or a third party indicated by you,

  • for digital content - from the date of conclusion of the contract.


To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.


Your payments, including the costs of delivering items on terms specified in the terms, will be refund to you without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from you.


We may withhold reimbursement of the payment received from you until you receive the item back or provide proof of sending it back, depending on which event occurs first.


Remember that the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely is not entitled to the consumer with regard to the contract:


• where the object of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs,


• where the object of the service is an item subject to rapid deterioration or having a short shelf-life,


• where the object of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the packaging might not be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery,


• where the object of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the packaging has been opened after delivery


• for delivery of digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium if the fulfillment of the service started with the consumer's express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.  Complaints


If the item purchased shall to be defective, you have the right to claim it on the basis of warranty. To make a claim under this warranty please contact us using  e-mail: shop@kosacollection.com or by post to the address of ul. Ołowiana 12, 85-461 Bydgoszcz.

Therefore, the disadvantage you may require:


• Exchange things for free from defects,
 • remove the defect, or make a statement with:
 • price reduction,
• withdraw from the contract, in the case of defects in the material.
  We answer to you for defects before the expiry of two years from the date of adoption of the things.   As a general rule, you can file a claim within one year of the you notice defects, but the time for filing a complaint can not be completed before the end of the period of the liability of the seller.    Consideration of Your complaint (respond) within 14 days from the date of receipt by us of your complaint.
